Well first of all i'm not short,i'm 6"4" but i've always wanted to be around 6'5" or 6'6" and now i'm at around 6'6' so that's one reason I wanted them but also the other reason I wanted them is that i'm on my feet all the time and tried all kind of soles to make my feet feel comfortable and read up on some reviews hearing that these we're very comfortable and I have to admit, they are very comfortable so I highly recommend if you want to add a few inches to your height or have some soles inside your shoes or boots that make your feet feel more comfortable,LiftKits is your answer. Thanks LiftKits!:)

Bigger Shoe Recommended

To the anonymous user below......
We strongly suggest wearing a shoe that is a half size to a full size bigger than you normally wear when using the 2 inch LiftKits. Because your heel is being lifted, the top of your foot is moved closer to the top of the shoe resulting in a more snug fit. Purchasing a Hi-Top sneaker, boot, or trainer that is slightly bigger than your normal size will result in a more comfortable fit. This is a matter of preference for our customers. But this might help the gentleman below figure out what to do. Hope this helps and feel free to reach out to us on our facebook page if you have more questions at http://www.facebook.com/liftkits

It does what it says: increases height. However, I would recommend that you go up a half size bigger because it makes the shoe feel snug. I got these a couple of weeks ago and only used them twice with my chucks. But plan to use them a lot more.
